Description

Basic/L1

Appropriate for beginners and all levels.  Poses and flows allow opening of hips, hamstrings and build core strength. Regardless of age, flexibility or weight, you CAN DO yoga

Intermediate

Active and challenging. Postures are aligned with breath and held for longer periods, providing a good workout.

Kids Yoga

Emphasizes fun movements, gross/fine motor skills, body/breath awareness, yoga principles and poses for strength, balance and flexibility. Meditation/ relaxation and breathing exercises.
