Know your SELF through Yoga

At Prana Gyana we offer beginner and multi level hatha yoga classes that incorporate yoga philosophy as well as practice of the postures and breathing techniques. There are classes for kids and adults – see descriptions of classes and schedules. We also work individually with women who are in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of their pregnancy and want a gentle practice to relax the mind, tone the body and connect with the baby. Please check with your doctor or health care provider before you set up an appointment for pregnancy yoga.

The yogic practice of kirtan chanting brings together various types of yoga  along with pranayama or breath yoga and yoga asana or posture.  Satsang means the getting together of like minded people on the journey to the Truth.  When we gather to sing kirtans, we are helping each other travel and evolve along our individual paths, but ultimately these paths lead to the Universal One.  We offer chanting classes to allow for the cosmic union of the individual with the Divine through the vehicle of sound.
