Prana Gyana Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Gentle  strengthening exercises to tone the body during pregnancy or after childbirth.

Emphasis is on breathing techniques to relax the mind and body, and connect deeply with your baby. We will teach you  simple and safe poses that you can practice at home, which allow your body to prepare for childbirth. Even if you are new to yoga, we will take you through a set of gentle poses that you can do safely through your pregnancy.

Please check with your doctor or health care provider before you attend a pregnancy yoga class. You can start the program only after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
